Dear Austrians! Dear Friends of Austria!
On Sunday, 17 January, the 67th Annual Golden Globe Awards will be presented. We keep our fingers crossed for Michael HANEKE and his film “The White Ribbon” as well as for Christoph WALTZ, nominee for his performance as Col. Hans Landa in Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglourious Basterds”. On Saturday, 16 January, 1pm, Michael HANEKE will participate in the round-table “Golden Globe Foreign-Language Nominees Seminar” with other directors of the five nominated films at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood. Admission is free – just come on the day of the event!
And on 2 February, the nominees for this year's Oscars will be announced!
